The Tiger Neo N-Type Series is manufactured by a Bloomberg listed Tier 1 Jinko’s next generation PV Module offers a 25 year product warranty & a 30 Year performance warranty. What is difference between N-Type and P-Type solar cell?
What differentiates N-Type and P-Type solar cells is the number of electrons. A P-Type cell uses boron, which has one less electron than silicon (making the cell positively charged). An N-Type solar cell includes phosphorus, which carries one more electron than silicon (making it negatively charged). N-Type solar panels are more efficient, longer-lasting and a higher quality option. However, not everyone can afford that. P-Type solar panels work well and they’re a little cheaper. In essence, if you can afford the better product, it makes sense to go with N-Type panels.
